If your mouse is not working then follow these simple steps to shutdown your pc
1. Press ‘[Win]+I’ to open the settings from Charms Bar.
2. Use your keyboard’s up and down keys to move the white rectangle over ‘Power’ and then hit Enter.
3. Again use keyboard’s up and down keys to move to ‘Shutdown’ button and hit Enter. (as shown in picture)
( you can also use [Win]+C to open Charms Bar and go to settings)
